Delivery, Returns & Cancellations
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered by courier, usually within 2–5 business days. Delivery is free on every order. Pay by Cash on Delivery, or by card when that option is shown at checkout.
You can cancel free of charge before dispatch, and return or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we cover the return shipping. Approved refunds are made within 7–10 working days.
