Payment details: for card payments, only the payment status, amount and a transaction reference from Bank Alfalah. Your card number, CVV and PIN are entered on the bank’s secure page and are never received or stored by Uniko.
Messages: what you send us through the contact form, email, phone, WhatsApp or social media.
Usage data: basic technical information such as device, browser and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools.

To process, confirm and deliver your orders, take payment, and handle cancellations, returns and refunds.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed to run the store:

Courier partners receive your name, phone number and address to deliver your order.
Bank Alfalah processes card payments.
Our store platform and service providers host the website and process store data on our behalf.
Authorities, if the law requires it.

Your information is stored on our e-commerce platform’s secure servers and the website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Only people who need it to fulfil your order can access it.
