The terms that apply when you shop with Uniko, in plain language.

These terms apply when you use uniko.pk or buy from us. The store is run by UNIKO, doing business as Uniko, MD Plaza, Near Canal View Restaurant, Canal Road, Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab, Pakistan. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Delivery, Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Privacy Policy.

1. Products and prices

We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can. Small differences in colour can come from your screen.
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices can change, but the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
Delivery is free. There are no hidden charges at checkout.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm and dispatch it.
Please give a correct name, phone number and full address. We may contact you to confirm your order.
We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price or product was listed in error, or the order details cannot be confirmed. Any payment is refunded in full.

3. Payment

You can pay by:

Cash on Delivery: pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives.
Debit or credit card, when this option is shown at checkout. Card payments are processed on Bank Alfalah’s secure payment page. Uniko never sees or stores your full card number, CVV or PIN.

Card payments are charged in PKR. By paying by card you confirm that you are allowed to use that card.

4. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can cancel free of charge before dispatch, and return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery. Approved refunds are made within 7–10 working days. Full details are in our Delivery, Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Delivery

We deliver in Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates; see the delivery section of our policy.

6. Using our website

Please do not misuse the website, place fake orders, or try to interfere with its security. We only sell lawful consumer products and do not sell any prohibited or restricted items.

7. Using products safely

Please follow the instructions that come with each product, especially for electrical items, and use them only for their intended purpose.

8. Our content

The Uniko name, logo, photos and text on this website belong to Uniko and may not be copied or used without our permission.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Uniko is not responsible for indirect losses arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the laws of Pakistan.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

11. Changes and contact
